Shipping policy
At Paws & Glow, every order ships free, worldwide, with tracking included.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with your tracking number as soon as your order ships.
Delivery time
Standard delivery typically takes 12–15 business days from the date of shipment, depending on your location. During peak seasons or carrier delays, delivery may take slightly longer.
Shipping costs
Shipping is free on all orders — no minimum purchase, no surprise fees at checkout. Any applicable import duties or taxes for international orders are the responsibility of the customer, where required by local law.
Order tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking link by email. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Wrong address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at sean-timothy@outlook.com and we'll do our best to correct it before dispatch. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address after dispatch.
Lost or damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact us with a photo and we'll ship a free replacement — no need to return the damaged item. If your order is lost in transit (no delivery within 30 business days of shipment), we'll reship it or issue a full refund — your choice.
