30-day returns
You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return for any reason. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
How to start a return
Email us at sean-timothy@outlook.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with return instructions. Please do not send items back without contacting us first.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you and process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Damaged or defective items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We'll ship a free replacement right away — no need to return the damaged item.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven't received your refund after 10 business days, first check with your bank or card issuer, then contact us at sean-timothy@outlook.com and we'll investigate.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different item is to return the one you have and place a new order once your return is accepted.
